They objected to the police officers during the exercise of their duties, 2 cases were identified and 6 citizens were prosecuted in a free state.

Specialistët e Seksionit për Hetimin e Krimeve në komisariatin e policisë Gjirokastër referuan materialet në Prokurorinë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë Gjirokastër për veprat penale "Mosbindja ndaj urdhrit të punonjësit të policisë së rendit publik" dhe "Prishja e qetësisë publike”, në ngarkim të shtetasve G  B., 28 vjeç, G. S., 36 vjeç dhe B. B., 37 vjeç, të tre banues në Gjirokaster, pasi këta shtetas, në mesnatë, në lagjen "Pazari i Vjetër", Gjirokastër, kanë prishur qetësinë publike, si dhe nuk i janë bindur urdhrit të punonjësve të Policisë, për shoqërimin e tyre.

Specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes at the Tepelena Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Gjirokastër, for the criminal offense "Opposing a public order police officer", in charge of citizens ZI, LI, and AI, residents in Tirana, after these citizens did not obey the order of the officers, regarding a property conflict they have with other citizens.

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action. /CNA.al
