Vrasja e Madrit Ulqinakut/ Arrestohet autori 18-vjeçar

Viktima Madrit Ulqinaku

Policia e Elbasanit ka vënë në pranga autorin e vrasjes së Madrit Ulqinakut. Blutë bëjnë me dije se kanë arrestuar Horgito Peqinin, 18 vjeç.

Gjithashtu mësohet se u shoqërua edhe një shtetas me iniciale K.S, 33 vjeç, që ishte bashkë me autorin e vrasjes.

Kujtojmë se për këtë ngjarje është vënë në pranga edhe një tjetër 18-vjeçar, i përfshirë në konfliktin e çastit që u pasua me vrasjen e Ulqinakut.

Nga hetimet e kryera rezulton se Peqini dhe shtetasit me iniciale E. D., 18 vjeç dhe K. S., 33 vjeç, janë konfliktuar fillimisht verbalisht me shtetasin viktimën. Më pas, Peqini dyshohet se ka qëlluar me armë zjarri pistoletë në drejtim të shtetasit Ulqinakut, i cili si pasojë e plagëve të marra, ka humbur jetën në vendngjarje.
