The structures of the Section for the Investigation of Economic-Financial Crime in DVP Shkodër, following controls in several commercial entities, with the aim of identifying and combating illegalities, have organized and finalized the police operation coded "Illegality", as a result of which he was arrested in flagrante delicto:

-V. Gj. 55 vjeç, banues në fshatin Bërdicë, Shkodër, për veprat penale “Mashtrimi me produktet ushqimore”, “Shkelja e të drejtave të pronësisë industriale”, “Fshehja e të ardhurave” dhe “Ushtrimi i aktivitetit tregtar të paregjistruar në organet tatimore”, pasi gjatë kontrollit të ushtruar në vendin e quajtur “Bërdicë e Sipërme”, është konstatuar aktiviteti tregtar (pulari), në pronësi të këtij shtetasi, i paregjistruar në organet tatimore. Gjithashtu, u evidentua se 55-vjeçari prodhonte dhe shiste nën emërtimet e markave të tjera, produkte ushqimore (vezë) të pakontrolluara.

In the following, the materials were referred to, as well as the wanted citizen Gj. S., 55 years old, resident in Shkodër, acting as Director of AKU, Shkodër, as well as referred to the materials for the citizen AB, 55 years old, resident in Koplik, Malësi e Madhe, acting as Inspector at the Shkodra Regional Directorate of Environment, for the criminal offense "Abuse of duty", as it is suspected that these citizens, by abusing their duty, did not identify the illegal activities of the 55-year-old, as well as favored him by not exercising controls in the activity owned by the citizen V. Gj.
