A 28-year-old man arrived dead yesterday evening at the Regional Hospital of Lezha.

According to the information from the police, the young man felt bad in custody and was urgently transported to the hospital, but he died on the way, while a heart attack is suspected beforehand.

The young man has been in the custody of the IEPV of Shënkolli, after earlier he had broken his house arrest.

Lawyer Saimir Vishaj also reacted to this incident, where he criticizes the Albanian courts for forgetting Article 232 of the Criminal Code, giving extreme measures for crimes of low social risk.

Gjykatat Shqiptare harojne qe neni 232 i KPrP parashikon 7 masa sigurimi por ne 80% te ceshtjeve penale,gjykatat caktojne masat e sigurimit Arest ne Burg ,per vepra penale nen 10 vite burg, si vjedhje falsifikime,shperdorim detyre,shkelje rregullave te qarkullimit rrugor, kultivim bime narkotike( 10 deri 50 rrenje) mbajtje lende narkotike nga 0.4 gr deri ne 30 gram ,largim nga vendi i qendrimit apo i aksidentit ,ndertim pa leje etj, ku te paraburgosurit vetflifijohen ne ambjentet e IEVP ve.
