They exploited minors for paid sex/ Two 19-year-olds arrested

Two 19-year-olds have been arrested in Shkodra, suspected of exploiting two minors for sexual intercourse in exchange for payment.

SC and AK, who exploited two minors, 16 and 14 years old, were arrested.

Also during the search, officers found cannabis, which was seized.

Specialists from the Narcotics Investigation Sector arrested citizens SC, 19 years old, and AK, 19 years old, both residents of the village of Koplik i Siperm, in flagrante delicto.    

From the investigations conducted for several weeks, led by the Shkodra Prosecution Office, it is suspected that these citizens were exploiting two underage citizens, 16 years old and 14 years old, for sexual intercourse, in return for payment.   

During the physical search, a small amount of suspected cannabis was found on citizen AK, which was seized as material evidence.

Investigations are ongoing to fully document this case. 

The procedural materials were referred to the Shkodra Prosecution Office, for the criminal offenses of "Sexual or homosexual relations with minors", "Prostitution" and "Production and sale of narcotics".
