He killed his brother and sister-in-law/ The prosecution requests life imprisonment for Arsen Muskurti

The Tirana Prosecution Office has closed the investigations and requested life imprisonment for Arsen Muskurti. 

Muskurti is accused of murdering his brother and sister-in-law.

The incident occurred on August 31, 2022, where Muskurti entered the premises of a travel agency and shot his brother and sister-in-law, causing their instant death.

The Prosecution Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Tirana, at the conclusion of the investigations, requests the sentence of life imprisonment for citizen AM for committing the criminal offense of 'Murder due to family relations', provided for by Article 79/c of the Criminal Code for the murder of his brother citizen DM and sister-in-law NM.

At the conclusion of the investigations into criminal case no. 6027 of 2022, it was proven that citizen AM, on 31.08.2022, entered the 'Nour Tours' travel agency holding a gun in his hand and fatally shot the two victims./ CNA
