The Lushnje Prosecutor's Office completes the investigations and sends four defendants to trial for criminal offenses related to the production and sale of narcotics.

It is about the citizens KM, VQ, MP and MM, accused of the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics" and "Actions that prevent the discovery of the truth".

The Lushnje Prosecutor's Office completes the investigations and sends four defendants to trial for criminal offenses related to the production and sale of narcotics.

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance Lushnjë completed the investigations of the criminal case no. 77, year 2023 and sent for trial the four defendants KM, VQ, MP. and MM, accused of criminal offenses, as follows:

I pandehuri K. M., akuzuar për kryerjen e veprave penale ‘Prodhimi dhe shitja e narkotikëve’, në bashkëpunim, dhe ‘Mosbindje ndaj urdhrit të punonjësit të policisë së rendit publik’, të parashikuara nga nenet 283 prg. 2 dhe 242 të Kodit Penal, me masë sigurimi ‘Arrest në burg’.

I pandehuri V. Q., akuzuar për kryerjen e veprës penale ‘Prodhimi dhe shitja e narkotikëve’, në bashkëpunim, parashikuar nga neni 283 prg. 2 i Kodit Penal, me masë sigurimi ‘arrest në burg’.

I pandehuri M. P., akuzuar për kryerjen e veprës penale ‘Prodhimi dhe shitja e narkotikëve’, në bashkëpunim, parashikuar nga neni 283 prg. 2 i Kodit Penal, me masë sigurimi ‘arrest në burg’.

E pandehura M. M., për kryerjen e veprës penale ‘Veprime që pengojnë zbulimin e së vërtetës’, parashikuar nga neni 301 i Kodit Penal.

Hetimet janë kryer me metoda speciale, shoqëruar me kontrolle të vendeve e personave dhe kapjen e arrestimin në flagrancë të të pandehurve V. Q., dhe M. P., si dhe sekuestrimin me cilësinë e provës materiale të një sasie lëndë narkotike të llojit ‘kokainë’ dhe ‘kanabis sativa’. Konkretisht, të pandehurit K. M., M. P., dhe V. Q.,e kanë konsumuar veprën penale të prodhimit dhe shitjes së narkotikëve në bashkëpunim.

Nga hetimet janë dokumentuar plotësisht dy episode të shitblerjes së lëndës narkotike. Në një episod i pandehuri V. Q. ka luajtur rolin e ndërmjetësit për të pandehurin K. M., për shitjen e një sasie lënde narkotike ‘kanabis sativa’ me peshë 0.690 kilogram, kurse në episodin tjetër pandehuri V. Q.,ka luajtur rolin e ndërmjetësit për të pandehurin M. P. për shitjen e lëndës narkotike ‘kanabis sativa’ me peshë 450 gram, sasi lënde narkotike këto që janë kapur dhe sekuestruar nga policia gjyqësore në momentin që do kryhej dorëzimi i saj.

As for the defendant MM, it has been proven that at the time of being notified of the actions of the judicial police services against the defendant KM, she took active actions by moving and hiding the narcotics that were illegally kept in the apartment by the defendant KM , with the aim of making it difficult or hindering the detection of the criminal offense./ CNA.al
