The extradition of Adriatik LLalla from Italy to Albania / Head of SPAK clarifies the details

The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, has spoken about the truth since the news that Adriatik LLalla has received political asylum in Italy.

Dumani said that SPAK does not have such information and that the extradition process for him is ongoing, adding that he is confident that he will return to our country to serve his sentence.

"Adriatik Llalla has benefited from the Court of Appeal in Rome to receive a passport in order to move within Italian territory. The process continues in Italy for the extradition of the former chief prosecutor of Albania, Adriatik Llalla", Dumani said in today's communication with journalists.

The former head of the General Prosecutor's Office, Adriatik Llalla, was sentenced to two years in prison for concealing assets in September 2021, but the decision was never executed as Llalla left the country for Italy./ CNA
