The Tirana police have announced that the 31-year-old man with the initials AK has surrendered, who a day ago, during a fight, wounded his neighbor with a firearm on "Haki Shehu" street. 

As a result, citizen Xh. K. was injured, but his life is out of danger. 

Police Notice: 

The 31-year-old man who wounded his neighbor with a firearm, on 17.02.2024, surrenders to the police. The firearm suspected to be used for the injury and the amount of ammunition were seized.

Specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes Against the Person at the DVP Tirana detained the citizen AK(K), 31 years old, resident of Tirana.

This citizen, on 17.02.2024, around 17:35, on "Haki Shehu" street, Tirana, had a conflict with his neighbor, citizen Xh. K., and during the conflict he shot him with a firearm.

As a result, citizen Xh. K. is damaged. He is currently out of danger.

As material evidence, the pistol firearm, suspected to have been used during the incident, and the amount of combat ammunition were seized.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, for further actions./ CNA
