The police of Tirana have arrested 2 people, FK, 21 years old and KS, 36 years old, after they threw pyrotechnic substances (flames), during and after the Partizani-Tirana football match. 

Police Notification: 

They threw pyrotechnics (flames), during and after the Partizani-Tirana football match, 2 citizens were put in handcuffs.

Criminal proceedings are pending against 6 others who, during the control at the entrance of the stadium, were caught with pyrotechnic substances.

Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Station No. 1, following the investigative actions for the situation created during and after the Partizani-Tirana football match, held on 16.02.2024, at the "Air Albania" stadium, arrested citizens FK, 21 years old, resident of Tirana, and KS, 36 years old, resident of Fushë Krujë, after throwing flares during the match yesterday.

Following the actions, citizens FL, 34 years old, AB, 18 years old, KA, 25 years old, RM, 20 years old, Xh. R., 18 years old, and a 15-year-old minor, after they were caught with pyrotechnics during the check at the entrance of the stadium.

Investigative actions continue for the identification and escorting of other citizens who have performed illegal actions during the sports activity.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions./ CNA
