Member of a criminal group/ 48-year-old wanted man arrested in Shkodra

A 48-year-old citizen has been arrested in Shkodra after being declared wanted.

Citizen EH was arrested as part of the police operation codenamed "Wanted 2".

The detainee turns out to be a member of a criminal group that sold narcotics, sentenced to 4 years and 8 months in prison.  

Announcement:

Following the checks carried out based on information obtained in operational channels, for the localization and capture of wanted citizens, specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section, in cooperation with the services of the Shkodra Police Commissariat, have organized and finalized the police operation codenamed "Wanted 2", as a result of which the wanted citizen was captured and put in handcuffs:

-EH, 48 years old, resident of Shkodra.

The First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra has sentenced this citizen to 4 years and 8 months in prison for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics", committed in collaboration. 

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra, for further action. /CNA
