Operation "Free Beach"/ Police seize 106 sunbeds and 123 umbrellas

The coded police operation "Free Beach" continues, with the aim of freeing the spaces on the beaches, which have been occupied in violation of the law.

This phase of the operation was extended to the beaches of Durrës and Saranda, and resulted in the seizure of 106 sunbeds and 123 umbrellas that were placed without authorization.

The 2 administrators who did not declare the income they generated from this activity are being prosecuted.

At the "Apollonia" beach in Durrës, 106 sunbeds and 53 umbrellas were seized that were placed without authorization. For this case, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in a free state for the citizen MM, 31 years old, resident in Durrës.

On the Central beach, in Saranda, 70 umbrellas were seized that were put up without authorization. For this case, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in free status for the citizen J. Ç., 24 years old, resident in Saranda.

The procedural materials were passed to the respective prosecutors, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Land occupation" and "Concealment of income".
