Attacked with a cutting tool/Young man injured in Korça

A person was attacked with a cutting tool in Korça. It is learned that the injured person was attacked near the high school, in the 2nd district of the city.  

According to data, the incident occurred today at around 5:10 PM and the injured person is citizen KR, 29 years old, who is in hospital for medical assistance.

According to the preliminary statement, the young man said that the people who attacked him were wearing hoods and he was unable to identify them.

The police are working to clarify the circumstances of the incident.

"Around 17:10, citizen KR, 29 years old, went to the hospital for medical assistance, allegedly injured with a cutting tool, a knife, by two yet unidentified citizens.

"The investigative group under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office is working to clarify the circumstances of the incident, identify and capture the perpetrator(s)," the Police said. /CNA
