The police suspect that the perpetrator fled the scene with the girl in another vehicle, while a rental vehicle previously used by the perpetrator was left at the scene.

As for the injured man, according to the white shirts at the Tirana hospital, the 26-year-old has fallen into a coma.

Kostandin Ziu has been out of Peqin prison for two weeks, where he was serving a sentence for the criminal offense of "providing assistance for illegal border crossing."
