The police have prevented a criminal incident in the family, in Tirana.

The 46-year-old with the initials FH used violence against his family members, specifically against his brother and sister-in-law.

He also threatened them that he would kill them with an axe. The Blues were made aware of the incident and arrested the 46-year-old.

The event was recorded yesterday afternoon, on "Mark Bajraktari" street.

"Thanks to the timely intervention and professional actions of the services of Police Station No. 3, a criminal event in the family is prevented. 

A 46-year-old man who had used violence against his family members and threatened to kill them with a cutting tool (axe) was caught and put in handcuffs.

Services of Police Station No. 3, after receiving the notification that on "Mark Bajraktari" street, a citizen was using violence against his family members and was attacking them with an axe, they immediately organized the work to prevent a possible criminal event, complete legal documentation of the case and bringing the suspected author to criminal responsibility. 

As a result of quick actions, FH, 46 years old, resident of Tirana, was arrested in the act.  

This citizen, yesterday afternoon, on "Mark Bajraktari" street, used violence against his brother and his brother's wife, as well as threatened them with an ax cutting tool.        

The cutting tool (axe) was seized as material evidence.  

The procedural materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions," the police announcement states./ CNA
