Investigative journalist Artan Hoxha has spoken about the beginning of the investigation of the operation carried out by SPAK where 11 arrest warrants were issued and Erzen Breçani, Dedan Gjoni and Bujar Germizi were arrested.

The first part of the investigation has to do with the cocaine shipment, while the second part has to do with Albania, where the name of Bujar Germizi appears, who was the interlocutor, mainly for events - ordering paid murders.

Hoxha also talks about a person nicknamed Totorino, who was the person who kept in contact with the orderers and executioners.
