Durrës police have arrested a 25-year-old man who, during a conflict, hit a person with a hard object.

The arrested KD, after a momentary conflict, hit GM, causing head injuries.

The injured person was transported to the QSUT for more specialized treatment.

 

Police notification

A 25-year-old man was seriously injured with hard objects during a brief conflict. He was identified, arrested and put in handcuffs.

The services of the Durrës Police Commissariat, after receiving a report of a physical conflict between two citizens, in neighborhood no. 14, Durrës, immediately organized the work to identify and capture the perpetrator.

After quick action, it was possible to identify the suspected perpetrator, capture him and escort him to the Durrës Police Station for further action.

At the conclusion of the first investigative actions, the Criminal Investigation specialists at the Durrës Police Station arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen KD, 25 years old, resident of Durrës.

This citizen had a conflict on the street, in neighborhood no. 14, for weak motives, with citizen GM, who suffered head injuries during the conflict and, after medical treatment at the Durrës Regional Hospital, was transported for specialized treatment at the University Trauma Hospital in Tirana.

The procedural materials will be referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for the criminal offense of "Intentional Serious Injury"./CNA
