The State Police, in the center and in the districts of Tirana and Durrës, as a result of intensive, proactive investigations, carried out for a period of three years, under the direction of the SPAK, within the anti-cannabis police mega-operation coded "Radio-connection", have executed the security measure "Arrest in prison", for 8 citizens, specifically:

-L. (L.) A., 33 years old, for the criminal offenses "Cultivation of narcotic plants" and "Production and sale of narcotics", committed in the form of a structured criminal group;

- SV, 73 years old, resident of Krujë, for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants", committed in the form of a structured criminal group;

-S. Sh., 48 years old, resident of Kamze, for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants", committed in the form of a structured criminal group;

-VT, 55 years old, resident of Klos, for the criminal offenses "Cultivation of narcotic plants" and "Production and sale of narcotics", committed in the form of a structured criminal group;

-AP, 52 years old, resident of Krujë, for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants", committed in the form of a structured criminal group;

- Xh. Mr., 38 years old, resident of Krujë, for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants", committed in the form of a structured criminal group;

- Sh. I., 50 years old, resident of Fushë Krujë, for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants", committed in the form of a structured criminal group;

-AP, 67 years old, resident of Krujë, for the criminal offense "Abuse of duty".

Also, within the framework of the anti-cannabis police mega-operation coded "Radio-connection", 5 citizens have been declared wanted, specifically:

- BS (X.), 36 years old, resident of Kruja, for the criminal offenses "Cultivation of narcotic plants" and "Production and sale of narcotics", committed in the form of a structured criminal group, as well as for the criminal offense "Possessing without a permit and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition”;

- AD, 33 years old, resident of the village of Arrameras, for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants", committed in the form of a structured criminal group;

-EX, 20 years old, resident in Krujë, for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants", committed in the form of a structured criminal group;

- AA, 42 years old, resident of Krujë, for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants", committed in the form of a structured criminal group;

-HM, 68 years old, resident of Krujë, for the criminal offense "Abuse of duty".

From the intensive, three-year investigation, carried out with special methods, it was found that these citizens, in cooperation with each other, cultivated in the administrative unit Cudhi, Krujë municipality, as well as sold considerable quantities of the narcotic substance cannabis sativa.

The anti-cannabis police mega-operation coded "Radio-interconnection" continues, with the aim of disclosing and fully legally documenting these criminal activities.

The procedural materials were passed to the Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime, for further actions./ CNA.al
