Serious/ The officer and the "strongman" in Vlora beat a waiter

A serious incident occurred yesterday evening at a hotel bar in the Skela area, where a waiter was raped by an off-duty police officer and a person with a significant criminal past.

Two people approached the waiter, demanding an explanation as to why he had brought a bottle of water more than they had requested to the table. Police officer Ardian Isufi, former traffic chief of Vlora, was the one who touched the young man, while another person who was at the table with him, named Laert Bimo, attacked him and hit him several times.

The waiter who was assaulted on duty has left as the consequences could have been fatal to escape another attack as the attackers were approaching him again.

The reason for the waiter's violence without any motive is unknown, while the fact that everything was organized to damage the business is being investigated, as foreign and Albanian customers left in horror when they saw how a waiter who was only doing his job was being raped in the middle of the bar./ CNA
