They raped and took a citizen's vehicle/ The 2 brothers are arrested in

Two citizens were arrested and handcuffed after they raped and then took the vehicle of a citizen in Tirana for weak motives. The action was carried out as part of the operation codenamed "Motivi". 

The police seized the vehicle as material evidence.

The services of Police Station No. 6, after receiving a report that a citizen had been raped and then his vehicle had been taken, organized a coded operation to solve the case, identify and capture the perpetrators.  

As a result of the operation, citizens BH, 44 years old, and EH, 36 years old, both residents of Tirana (brothers), were located, captured and placed in handcuffs.    

The investigations suspect that these citizens, in the garage of a building in Yzberisht, for weak motives, raped citizen I. Zh., 41 years old, and then took his vehicle.  

The stolen vehicle was found near the two brothers' apartment and was seized as evidence.      

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecution Office, for further action, for the criminal offense of "Theft by force", committed in collaboration./CNA
