New details from the assassination attempt in Tirana/ A burnt-out motorcycle is found

Following the continuous checks and investigative actions being carried out by the special investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, with the aim of clarifying the circumstances of the event that occurred on 17.04.2025, in Lundë, the Tirana Police has published new data.

From this incident, gunfire was fired at a vehicle carrying 4 citizens.

Police services, today, found a burned-out motorcycle near the village of Fikas, Mullet, which is suspected to have been used by the perpetrators of this incident.   

The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, continues its work to clarify the circumstances of the incident and secure any evidence that will lead to the identification and capture of the perpetrators./CNA
