The Korça Court has ordered the security measure of imprisonment for Andi Shkullak, arrested 3 days ago by order of the Korça Prosecutor's Office, after he is accused of failing to report a crime related to the serious incident that occurred on August 10, 2024, where Egli Proga was the victim.

His arrest was made after new evidence was administered by the Korça prosecution, which states that the victim Egli Proga was initially raped inside the premises of the bar by citizen Leonidha Guçe and then beaten outside the premises by Denis Meçe.

According to the data, the arrested Andi Shkulaku was present at the scene and saw the entire incident, but then left.
