Unlicensed weapon in apartment/ 30-year-old man arrested, father wanted

Operation "Double" has been finalized, as part of which a 30-year-old man has been arrested and his father has been declared wanted.

Durrës Blues, after conducting searches in the apartment of Sh. S., 54 years old, and SS, 30 years old, found 2 firearms, 4 magazines and 157 live ammunition, which were seized as material evidence.

SS was arrested red-handed while the 54-year-old was declared wanted.

 

Police notification

Shijak/The police operation codenamed "Double" is finalized.

They were found to be carrying a Kalashnikov and a pistol in their apartment in Maminas, the 30-year-old was arrested and his father was declared wanted.

2 firearms, 4 magazines and 157 live ammunition were seized.

As a result of the checks carried out with the support of police intelligence, with the objective of detaining citizens who possess firearms without a permit and are a potential threat to public safety, the services of the Shijak Police Commissariat finalized the "Double" operation.

During the operation, citizen SS, 30 years old, was arrested in flagrante delicto and his father, citizen Sh. S., 54 years old, was declared wanted.

During the searches of their apartment in Maminas, 2 firearms (Kalashnikov and pistol), 4 magazines and 157 live ammunition were found.

Efforts are underway to capture the 54-year-old.

The procedural materials were referred to the Durrës Prosecutor's Office for further action./ CNA
