Yesterday, in the aluminum recycling plant, in the former metallurgical plant, he lost his life after being accidentally damaged by a work equipment, 45-year-old OP

For this incident, the police arrested 3 factory workers in the act for the criminal offense of "violation of the rules of protection at work".

It is about citizens with initials:

- KB, 46 years old, resident of Elbasan (Indian citizen), the driver of the work vehicle (forklift) who accidentally injured the citizen OP, during the work process;

-AR, 29 years old, resident of Elbasan (Indian citizen), responsible engineer; 

AB, 31 years old (Albanian citizen), resident in Gramsh, with the duties of manager/technical manager.

Also, for this case, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings were started in a free state for the 2 administrators of the company, citizens with the initials IL, 52 years old, resident in Gramsh and AK, 34 years old, resident in Tirana. 

Meanwhile, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Elbasan Jurisdiction, for further actions./ CNA
