The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, indirectly confirmed a bold military action on Russian territory, taking the war beyond the border of the aggressor country. Meanwhile, Russian forces attacked the Kiev region overnight and dawned Sunday, killing two people and wounding three others, Ukrainian authorities said. Fragments of rockets fell in a residential area in Brovary district on the outskirts of Kiev.
