Trump: I have ordered two nuclear submarines to be positioned in the "appropriate regions"

The President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, announced in a post on "Truth Social" that he has ordered two nuclear submarines to be positioned in "appropriate regions".

Trump writes that this decision comes after statements by former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.

Statements that Trump called foolish and inflammatory, saying they could lead to unintended consequences.

" Based on the extremely provocative statements of former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, who is now Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, I have ordered two nuclear submarines to be positioned in the appropriate regions, in case these thoughtless and provocative statements are more than enough. Words are very important and can often lead to unintended consequences, I hope this will not be one of those cases. Thank you for your attention to this matter ," Trump wrote.
