"Paper Tiger"/ Trump "stabs" Putin: 4 years in a war that should have lasted a week

US President Donald Trump, in a speech delivered to hundreds of generals who flew to the US from around the world at Quantico, Virginia, discussed the various wars in which his administration has mediated since he took office.

"I've solved so many wars. Seven and we could have solved the biggest of them," Trump said, referring to Israel's war against Hamas in Gaza.

He further said that he believed that the "easiest" issue to resolve was Russia's invasion of Ukraine because he knew Putin very well.

The American president did not fail to ironize his counterpart, Putin, whom he stated that he had told him that it did not look good since a war that should have ended in a week is continuing.

" I'm very disappointed in President Putin. I thought he would finish this job. I said to him, 'You don't look good. You've been fighting a war for four years that should have lasted a week. Are you a paper tiger?' It's unfortunate, but I think we'll eventually finish this ," he added.
