The situation is tense/ Pakistan retaliates to Iran, 9 victims

During the last few hours, Pakistan has carried out missile attacks inside the borders of Iran. This as a response after Tehran's attack on Pakistani soil on Tuesday, where several people were killed. 

Pakistan's foreign ministry said the strikes hit "terrorist hideouts" in Iran's Sistan-Baluchestan province. According to the ministry, the purpose of the attack was "in pursuit of the security and national interest of Pakistan".

At least nine people were killed in the attacks, Iranian state media reported, the BBC reports. 

On Tuesday, Iran struck targets inside Pakistan's Balochistan province, saying it was targeting the Jaish al-Adl group.
