Doctor Ilir Alimehmeti has called on Prime Minister Edi Rama to financially support doctors.

He says that if they are supported enough, the doctors will not run away.

"The government has reached the point where it says it has 1 option, either to keep the young doctors under compulsion, or to work under compulsion or to leave, and it does not look at the correct idea, which is to support the professional through financial and social support and doctors do not run away. That no one enters the first year to run away, they enter with an empathy and compassion for others but also with pride and dignity. The law will not work, others tried it before us and failed, if you support them" , Alimehmeti said.

Alimehmetaj says that if he opens the bag and helps the doctors properly, they will not leave the country.

"If you support them and let them know that they will be treated like people and paid properly, they will not leave. Medical students graduate school in 30 years. How will they build a family?
