An episode about nature/ King Charles will be part of a television program

King Charles will be part of a special television programme before Christmas. On Tuesday, December 23, BBC Radio 4 will broadcast a unique edition of “This Natural Life” from Dumfries House in Ayrshire, where the British monarch will also be a guest.

The show's host, Martha Kearney, will speak to the British royal family at the headquarters of the charity "The King's Foundation", which is located on the Dumfries House estate in Ayrshire.

"Walking through the estate's arboretum, His Majesty reflects on how his love of the natural world began as a child and discusses topics ranging from the importance of teaching rural skills to nautical talk, the art of pruning and the joy of using a pair of serrated shears," an official statement said.

This episode marks one of King Charles' rare television appearances, where he will discuss his passion for nature and the environment. /CNA
