"Don't use me for your inhumane agenda"/ What happened between Sabrina Carpenter and the White House

Popular singer Sabrina Carpenter has reacted strongly to a video posted by the White House on the “X” platform. The video, which showed operations to arrest illegal immigrants, was accompanied by one of her songs.

"This video is evil and disgusting. Never include me or my music to serve your inhumane agenda ," Sabrina writes in her post.

The White House has reacted again after the singer. Her spokesperson, Abigail Jackson, said in a reaction:  "Here's a short and sweet message (the title of the singer's 2024 album "Short n' Sweet") to Sabrina Carpenter: We will not apologize for deporting dangerous criminals, murderers, rapists and pedophiles from our country. Anyone who defends these sick monsters must be a fool." / CNA
