Qirezi incident/ Lawyer: Thaçi never said he had information about

Hashim Thaçi's lawyer, in his speech on the last day of the trial, also focused on the testimony of two so-called Serbian journalists. Misetic stated that one of them was a member of Serbian paramilitary forces.

Focusing on the Qirezi incident, lawyer Misetic said that the ZPS's argument is an unreasonable deduction and has no relation to what is alleged.

Misetic further said that the ZPS did not even bother to explain the video released from the Qirezi incident. Misetic stated that his client, Hasim Thaçi, never told the prosecution that he had information about people being raped or detained in the Qirezi events.

 

" Another weak argument of the ZPS is the two Serbian journalists. One of them was a member of the Serbian paramilitary forces.

As for the Qirezi incident, the question that arises is whether it was a stop that was carried out to gain control over all of Kosovo. The ZPS argument is an unreasonable deduction and has no bearing on what is alleged.

As for Qirezi, we know that the ZPS did not bother to look into how the video of the conference had an impact. So the ZPS is saying use your imagination. Thaçi never told the ZPS that there was information about detentions or people being beaten.

"The purpose of the ZPS was to say whether people were seen beaten, asking questions in all sorts of ways. Thaçi has said that he did not see any physical injuries on anyone in relation to the video of the Qirezi incident ," the lawyer said./CNA
