Weapons have been found in two locations in the municipality of Zubin Potok. Kosovo's Interior Minister, Xhelal Sveçla, has shared images of the weapons on social media, stressing that the battle against "terrorist cells" continues.

Specifically, it is reported that weapons, hand grenades and other military equipment have been found. The Minister states that the action will not stop until the total eradication of each criminal element.

"The battle against every terrorist cell does not stop. As yesterday, so today. Again, in two locations in the municipality of Zubin Potok, weapons, hand grenades and other military equipment were found. From corner-to-corner constitutionality, to palm-to-palm control. We will not stop until the total eradication of every criminal element," Sveçla's post says.

On April 16, Kosovo police conducted raids in the north, seizing various types of weapons and ammunition. Police announced that the raids were conducted following information received from citizens in the villages of Banovë and Prevlak in Zubin Potok.

In the first raid on an uninhabited house, four rifles of various types, three radios, a camera and 223 different cartridges were found, as well as military uniforms and gun cleaning equipment. In the second case, during a search of a house, authorities found an unlicensed rifle and 3 cartridges. /CNA
