Franca dhe Spanja do të taksojnë avionët privatë dhe fluturimet premium për klimën

Franca dhe Spanja i janë bashkuar një koalicioni vendesh që kërkojnë të taksojnë avionët privatë dhe fluturimet e klasit premium për të mbledhur para për veprime klimatike dhe zhvillim të qëndrueshëm.

Dy vendet evropiane kanë bashkuar forcat me Kenian, Barbadosin, Somalinë, Beninin, Sierra Leonen dhe Antiguan dhe Barbudën.

Qëllimi i koalicionit është të rrisë numrin e vendeve që aplikojnë taksa mbi biletat e avionit, duke përfshirë udhëtimet luksoze dhe të taksojë avionët privatë bazuar në praktikat më të mira.

Iniciativa u lançua në punimet e një samiti për zhvillimin e Kombeve të Bashkuara në Sevilje më 30 qershor.

Një studim i kohëve të fundit vlerëson se taksimi i karburantit të avionëve privatë në të gjithë botën mund të gjenerojë deri në 41 miliardë euro në vit. Shtimi i taksave në biletat e klasit të parë dhe të biznesit mund të sjellë gati 37 miliardë euro më shumë./CNA
