Unusual in Greece/ Sheep eat 100 kilograms of opium plants, start jumping uphill

An unusual event has occurred in Almyros, in central Greece.

After the natural disaster that hit the area of ??Thessaly and Magnesia, a shepherd took his cattle outside to graze, but was surprised by their behavior.

The herd of sheep had eaten a large amount of opium plants from a greenhouse, amounting to more than 100 kilograms.

TheNewspaper.gr  reports that the cattle were spinning and jumping uphill while they were confused.

The owner of the greenhouse, licensed to grow opium, expressed his despair over the incident.

"I don't know whether to laugh or cry. It was hot, we lost a lot of production. We had the floods, we lost the rest. And best of all, after all this, a herd of sheep, which I don't know how to turn, entered the facility and began to eat what was left. I don't know what to say, honestly", he declared to the media of the neighboring country./ CNA
