Kurti's meeting with political parties on the constitution of the Kosovo

This Saturday's meeting with Kosovo's political parties, called by Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti after a series of attempts to form a constitution, has not yielded results.

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti held a meeting with the leaders of political parties in the country this Saturday at 4:00 PM, after a series of failed attempts to constitute the Kosovo Assembly.

Kurti, also the leader of Vetëvendosje, the party that came first in the February 9 elections and won 48 seats in the Assembly, requested a joint meeting with the leaders of political entities this weekend.

"As the chairman of the Vetëvendosje Movement and on behalf of the largest parliamentary group emerging from the February 9, 2025 elections, I have addressed all the heads of the entities represented in the ninth legislature, with an invitation to a joint meeting on Saturday at 4:00 PM, in another effort to achieve consensus for the constitution of the Assembly," Kurti wrote. /CNA
