Terrorist attack in Tel Aviv/ the 44-year-old drives into the crowd, the Italian tourist dies

An Italian tourist has been killed and seven others injured in an attack near a beach in Tel Aviv, the BBC reports. 

The serious incident happened in the early hours of Saturday morning, where the perpetrator drove into a crowd.  

The Israeli authorities announced that the victim is the Italian citizen Alessandro Parini. Local police said the suspected attacker was shot dead by officers.

The attack comes after two British-Israeli sisters were killed and their mother wounded in the West Bank earlier on Friday.
