I guarantee you that Albania today, in all the minimum criteria, has and should have at least 200 thousand people in economic assistance. Albania has all the possibilities to extend this economic aid to 200 thousand people. Albania has every opportunity today to distribute, to establish the vital minimum of 200 euros. If Albania does not carry the budget for the construction of the port that Edi Rama is closing, that money will go beyond 200 but even 300 euros to do the minimum for the Albanians.
