The purchase of housing units in the foundation and their non-possession by the buyer is a systemic problem in the capital and not only.

Precisely for this issue, a denunciation has come to the editorial office of CNA. In this case, it is about the construction of tower C in the "Garden Residence Turdiu" complex.

The complaint states that many citizens have bought entrance to this residence and have been waiting for years for the construction to be completed, which was planned to be completely closed in 2021.

But from the photos provided by CNA, the construction is not quite finished and there is still a lot of work to be done. As a result, it has not yet become possible to accommodate the families who have paid for their new apartments.

The citizen, a resident of the "Garden Residence Turdiu" complex, tells CNA that he concluded the purchase contract with the "Kastrati Group" and the construction company "AK", but the mortgage was not handed over to him.

According to him, "Kastrati Group" sold the apartments and replied that it has no responsibility, while the company "AK" is holding them "hostage" with lies.

Also, the whistleblower states that the remaining builder has started to convert the common spaces that are specified in the construction permit into private spaces.
