Filda Heta, the lady who had a two-story villa on Rruga e Bogdanev and was left "finger in mouth" from the deal with the builder, tells about another conflict with the neighbor, who became the builder Eduard Kelmendi.

In 2014, the Heta family again fell victim to a fraud, this time by the investor Gëzim Papinova of the G2 LLC company. The Heta family gave a 31 m2 shop to Papinova, to build a palace.

According to the agreement, this store was valued at 90,000 Euros, where 30,000 Euros was the cap, which was given to the Heta family.

At this moment, the neighbor Eduard Kelmendi, at the same time the technical manager of G2, paid the amount of 30 thousand Euros to the Heta family, on behalf of the company, not his.

"Next to the yard of the "Avni Rustemi" school, this used to be my father's property, even the school part, so the state then took it from us. Through the return and compensation of the properties, the Municipality of Tirana gives us a plot of land and a construction permit to build a building because it did not hinder the function of the "Avni Rustemi" school. The permit was granted in 1996. The store was 31.5 (square meters). In 2014 we made a business contract with a builder firm G2 with legal representative Gëzim Papinova. At the moment we made the agreement, the builder was brought to us by a neighbor of ours, Eduard Kelmendi, who was also the engineer of this company", said the whistleblower.

The agreement that the Heta family had with the entrepreneur Gëzim Papinova was not respected and at this moment the neighbor Eduard Kelmendi appears on the scene, who strangely became the owner without having any property.

With a forged document, Eduard Kelmendi managed to become the owner with a mortgage for the store of the Heta family, then asking the municipality to demolish the store, in order to free up the construction site.

"I take the documents to the notary, refreshed, and I see that he forged the deed-agreement. He had received the deed-agreement of 2014 from the notary. He stamped it and presented it in all institutions, in police station 3, in the Administrative Court, in the Municipality of Tirana and everywhere," said the whistleblower .

In the end, Mrs. Filda Heta, from the autochthonous owner of Tirana, came out of debt with the help of judge Irena Plaku.

Today, Eduard Kelmendi is asking Mrs. Heta for 14 million Lek, which he paid a representative of the G2 company in 2014. The situation has reached the point of blackmail and threats at the lady's workplace.

"He asked me for 14 million Lek that I received on behalf of Gëzim Papinova, this person, Eduard Kelmendi, appears, threatens me in the institution where I work, threatens me on the street, brings me letters by mail, blackmail, says you love me give me 14 million lek. I told him, calm down, I don't have any contract with you", said the whistleblower.

Filda Heta: Here at my work, here, please don't have a job...! Please Eduard, go to court if you have any problem with me! Get out the door now! Go away..!

Neighbor Eduard Kelmendi: You will go to the prosecutor's office, or you will collect the money one by one, or there is no...!
