In Fiks, three brothers from the village of Peshkepi i Vlora complained. They inherited a land property in this village from their grandfather. They have a final decision that the court has recognized as heirs and the decision has been submitted to the Property Handling Agency for registration. The latter has a project for the reconstruction of a building located on the appellants' land.

One of the brothers says that he argued several times with the director, and the argument even degraded into a conflict when the latter took the phone and broke the complainants, as he wanted to film what was happening in the real estate on their land. But when Fiksi appeared again at the time set by the director, the latter had left the institution. The reason for his departure was that he had to report to the hospital. Fiksi also verified at the hospital. The managers of the hospital confirmed that director Avdylaj did not have any meeting at the hospital and did not accompany any sick person.
