The Ministry of Defense has published new data regarding the fire situation in our country.

According to data from the last 24 hours, 14 fires have been reported, of which 3 are still active while 2 are under monitoring.

Active foci

In the village of Delisuf, Vlora municipality, the fire that started on August 25 continues in the Pishe-Poro forest. Today, 30 municipal firefighters and 20 Armed Forces personnel with 3 vehicles are working on the ground. The fire has low intensity, burning mainly logs inside the fire.

In the village of Miras, Devoll municipality, a fire continues in a forest area, where around 70 local forces from the MZSH, the municipality and volunteers are working.

Hotspot under monitoring

Skrapar (Bogovë) – The fire in the pine forest has been brought under control and is being monitored by fire and municipal forces.

Pezë Helmës, isolated outbreaks in the Caush Hills area are continuing to be monitored.

Korça (Gërmenj Natural Park)

The reactivated hotbed in the area of ??pyramids 14–15 has been isolated and is being monitored by operational forces.
