Implementation of security measures/ Berisha, in SPAK

DP leader Sali Berisha appeared this Monday at SPAK to sign the security measure requiring him to appear.

After the appearance, Berisha will deliver his usual speech to the media and supporters who always accompany him.

According to the decision, Berisha must appear in court on the first and third Monday of each month. We recall that the leader of the Democratic Party of Albania is under indictment for corruption in the "Partizani" file.

The official charge communicated to Berisha was "Passive corruption of high-ranking state officials or local elected officials", committed in collaboration. According to SPAK, Berisha, in his capacity as Prime Minister, favored the privatization procedures of the former "Partizani" complex and the direct beneficiary was Malltezi./ CNA
