Murder for a horse in Berat/ Blendi Fevziu gives a strong message: As a society,

Journalist Blendi Fevziu has publicly reacted to the message he received a few days ago from the wife of Keli Hoxha, the 42-year-old man killed on October 28 in the Berat castle over a horse.

On the show "Opinion", Blendi Fevziu said that it was a shocking message that requires reflection from everyone.

The journalist emphasized that we as a society have mental health problems.  

"It was a shocking message, which should be a reflection for everyone. Taking the life of a man, taking the life of a father holding his little daughter, who is together with his family and his mother, for a moment of nervousness, touch me or don't touch my horse shows that we have significant mental health problems as a society."

We really have problems in the way we perceive our lives and the lives of others. I read this message as an appeal, from a woman who has been left without a husband, as an appeal from two children who have been left without a father, from a mother who has been left without a son. For what reason?! For a whim of the moment. If we want to be truly an emancipated society, I insist once again, calm down, do not react in the moment, do not try to conflict for every occasion, because conflict does not produce anything, except a victim in this case and a foolish life of that person, who will rot in prison for the rest of his life.

"So once again, I express my condolences to the family, I express my condolences to his wife, and I really hope that his two young children, who will now grow up without a father, will get through this pain as easily as possible, even though it is not easy," said Fevziu. / CNA
