Vrasja e Pjerin Xhuvanit/ Gjykata e Apelit rihap pjesërisht procesin për Paplekajn

Gjykata e Apelit ka vendosur të rihapë pjesërisht procesin për Arbër Papalekajn, i akuzuar dhe i dënuar me 22 vite burg për vrasjen e Pjerin Xhuvanit.

Gjykata e Apelit ka kërkuar që të kryhet një ekspertim kriminalistik nga ekspertë të fushës.

Po ashtu ka kërkuar të merret informacion për 2 personat që akuzohen për dëshmi të rreme si dhe për vijimin e procedimit të pezulluar për personat që qëlluan me armë.  

Pjerin Xhuvani, u vra më 21 prill të vitit 2021 në Elbasan. Në atë kohë, si pasojë e të shtënave, mbetën të plagosur Emiljan Prenga 39-vjeçar, Pavlo Vuksani 50-vjeçar, Eltjon Bodinaku 32-vjeçar dhëndri i Pjerin Xhuvanit. E plagosur po ashtu mbeti edhe efektivja e policisë Xhensila Sota 27-vjeçare.
