Ish-kryeministri Sali Berisha ka reaguar për shtyrjen e seancës së tij gjyqësore duke thënë se kryeministri Edi Rama urdhëroi gjykatësen Irena Gjoka të mos bëhet kjo seancë pasi nuk ka asnjë fakt dhe është një proces fund e krye politik dhe antikushtetues.

“Sot ai urdhëroi një gjykatëse, falsfikatore të shpifur, një njeri pa ligj, pa moral ligjor një mashtruese ordinere, të turpshme, të shtyjë procesin vetëm se nuk ka asnjë fakt, vetëm se është një proces fund e krye politik, një proces fund e krye antikushtetues.
