The investigation file of the explosion in Lushnja, where the father and bird lost their lives and 7 people were injured, has been revealed.

According to the details in the investigative file about the causes that led to the shocking explosion that caused victims, injuries and numerous material damages, it turned out that the warehouse in which the explosion occurred is owned by the socialist deputy Bujar Çela.

The venue has an area of ??10,000 m2 and on the north-south and west sides is a warehouse under construction by citizen Bujar Çela, which has concrete walls with a height of 2 n, then with iron profiles and built with sandwich panels. At the entrance to the venue is a warehouse used by the citizen Saimir Korreshi, in which there are food assortments and behind it in the north-east direction there is a warehouse used by the citizen Shaqir Kasapi and behind it lies the warehouse under construction by the citizen Bujar Çela , which is in the shape of the letter "J" on opposite sides. Due to the dark conditions, the examination was interrupted and resumed on 02.03.2024 at 08:00, where experts from different fields took part", the file states.

Another detail has come out of the investigation file about the warehouse in the property of SP deputy Bujar Çela, where it is said that in September 2023, the municipality of Lushnje approved a construction permit for a 1-storey building for the trading and storage of various materials in the name of to the citizen Bujar Çela with a term of 1 year, but after the act of ascertainment dated 02.03,2024 by the Local Inspectorate of Territory Protection, Lushnje municipality, it has been found that the entity that carried out the works in the building has exceeded the construction permit granted by Lushnje Municipality.
