Interim decision in favor of Veliaj/Shehaj: They want to get those accused of corruption out of jail

The Joint Panels of the Supreme Court are holding a session today to review the interim decision taken by Sokol Sadushi in favor of Erion Veliaj. 

Regarding this, the leader of the Opportunity Party, Agron Shehaj, stated in the Assembly that this session is being held to release those accused of corruption from prison.

"Today, the Joint Panels of the Supreme Court have gathered to release those accused of corruption from prison, or to save those who are currently under investigation," said Shehaj.

Among other things, the MP also spoke about the development of interpellations in the Assembly.

"How can I decide which interpellations will be held and which will not? I request the interpellation on behalf of the 50 thousand citizens who voted for us. I request that it be reinstated in the work calendar," he said. /CNA
