Another denunciation received in the SYRI editorial office shows the occult connections of the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, with the private company 'StarTek'.

According to the documents available to SYRI, the StarTek company has benefited from public land from the Municipality of Tirana under the direction of Erion Veliaj.

At the meeting of the Municipal Council of Tirana on July 22, 2024, the draft decision "On the development of properties no. 7/87 (in part), 7/292, 7/26, 7/41, 7/295, 7/70 and no. 7/57, cadastral area 8330, owned by the Municipality of Tirana and the approval of the draft entrepreneurship contract with the exchange condition between the Municipality of Tirana and the company "StarTek" sh.pk"

This shows once again that Veliaj and the StarTek company share millions of euros between them both in public tenders and in private constructions on land owned by the Tirana Municipality, but given for development to companies connected to the mayor.
