The police informs that it has become possible to capture the citizen KJ, 40 years old, in Istanbul, who was deported to Rinas at noon today.

On 09.08.2024, around 18:00, in Zdrale Square, Shkodër, these citizens, through fraud, took the amount of 140,000 euros from the owner of a currency exchange point, citizen EI, and then immediately left the Albania.

As a result of the intensive investigative actions carried out by the Sector for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes in DVP Shkodër, after the report by the owner of an exchange, that 3 citizens had defrauded him in the exchange, taking a sum of money in euros, it became it was possible to identify the 3 suspected perpetrators.

Following the actions, the two other suspected perpetrators, the Georgian citizens GT, 45 years old and BT, 36 years old, have been announced for the criminal offenses "Fraud" carried out in cooperation.

In cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, intensive actions continue for the complete legal documentation of this case.
